I run a small woodworking business and ordered a Boss LS-2436 about six months back. The cut quality on hardwoods is outstanding and the LightBurn software integration works great. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is that shipping took about two weeks longer than originally quoted. Once it arrived though, everything was perfect and support answered my questions quickly.

Bought a Boss HP 150W unit for our trophy and awards shop. The power and speed on this thing is incredible compared to our old machine. Customer service pre-sale was excellent and they helped us spec out the right model for our needs. Setup documentation could be a bit clearer in a couple of sections but a quick call to tech support sorted it out. Very happy overall.
