I paid for a full production package and waited almost six weeks for my track. When it finally came back, it sounded nothing like what we discussed. The genre was completely off and the vocals were buried under the beat. I asked for revisions and only got one half-hearted attempt before they stopped responding to my emails.
The initial consultation sounded promising but the execution was terrible. My pop track came back sounding like it was produced in 2009. The synths were dated, the mix was unbalanced, and the producer seemed to have no interest in the references I sent over. Revision requests were met with attitude. Very disappointing.
Communication is a serious problem at this studio. I sent seven emails over the course of two months and got maybe three responses. When I explained this they offered a discount on future services instead of fixing the current project.

The production quality was inconsistent across all three tracks I ordered and none of them were mastered to a competitive loudness level. For the price I paid I expected a lot more polish and professionalism.
