I have taken three different online defensive driving courses over the years and this one is by far the best. The humor keeps you engaged without dumbing down the actual content. The final test was fair and the certificate process was seamless. My insurance discount came through within two weeks. Five stars without hesitation.

I purchased the defensive driving course to dismiss a ticket and had nothing but headaches. The website kept logging me out mid-lesson and I lost my progress three times. When I contacted support it took four days to get a response. My court deadline almost passed because of the technical issues. Would not recommend.

Complete waste of money. I paid for the course and the certificate I received was not accepted by the Nevada DMV. When I called Funny Driving to resolve it, they were unhelpful and essentially told me to figure it out myself. I had to retake a different course and lost the registration fee entirely. Avoid at all costs.

The humor in the course felt forced and repetitive after the first hour. The same style of joke recycled over and over got old fast. I also found several outdated traffic law references that did not reflect current Washington state regulations. For the price I expected more attention to detail.

I signed up and paid but could never fully access the course modules. The loading screen would just spin indefinitely on my computer and my phone. I tried different browsers and cleared my cache as their FAQ suggested but nothing worked. Emailed support twice and never heard back. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

The course content was decent enough but the mobile experience was really frustrating. Videos kept buffering and the progress bar never updated correctly so I was never sure if my completions were being saved. The humor was hit or miss for me personally. It got the job done eventually but barely.

Enrolled my daughter in the teen driver program and regret it. The course took three weeks longer than advertised to unlock all modules. Customer service was dismissive when I raised concerns. She ended up having to delay her permit test appointment because the completion certificate was not generated on time. Terrible experience.

I expected a fun and educational experience based on the marketing but found the course to be shallow in actual content. The jokes felt like they were designed to distract from how thin the material really is. I passed the test easily because it barely covered anything substantial. Not worth it if you actually want to learn.
