I genuinely cannot believe how poorly this went. I paid upfront for a social media content package and received blurry, off-brand graphics that looked like they were made in ten minutes. When I asked for revisions, I was basically ignored for two weeks. Had to dispute the charge with my bank. Avoid at all costs.

Kobowork wasted three months of my time. They promised a full digital media strategy and what I received was a basic PowerPoint with vague suggestions. No original research, no data-backed recommendations. When I raised concerns, they got defensive. This company is not ready for professional-level clients.

I hired Kobowork to help with our nonprofit's awareness campaign. They charged us a premium rate and then delivered stock footage with our logo slapped on it. There was zero original creative work. I had to explain multiple times what our organization even does. It felt like they never read our brief at all.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I was sold on a comprehensive media package and what I got was a handful of generic posts and one poorly produced video. The team seemed disorganized and underprepared for every meeting. I requested a refund and was stonewalled. I would give zero stars if I could.

I signed a contract with Kobowork for six months of media management and regret every penny spent. They missed deadlines consistently, uploaded wrong versions of content to our channels, and once posted something to the wrong client's social page entirely. A complete operational mess. Cancelled after month three.

I reached out to Kobowork after seeing their portfolio online, which looked impressive. However, I strongly suspect those samples were not representative of what their team can actually produce. What I received for my documentary project was amateurish and riddled with continuity errors. Deeply disappointed.

I cannot stress enough how poorly managed this company is. We had a contract for event media coverage and they showed up with one camera operator who clearly was not briefed on the event schedule. We missed critical moments. When I complained, I was offered a small discount on future services. There will be no future services.

Hired Kobowork for a series of training videos for our internal HR team. They missed the first two deadlines without explanation. The videos they finally delivered had audio sync issues and placeholder text still visible in some frames. This was clearly not reviewed before being sent to us. A complete lack of quality control.
