Overall a good experience with My Site Plan. The drafting work itself was solid and my permit was approved without issues. My only minor complaint is that communication was a little slow on day two when I had a question about setbacks, but they did eventually get back to me and clarified everything. The final product was professional and accurate. Would use again.

I was skeptical ordering a site plan online but My Site Plan surprised me. The process was straightforward, the pricing was transparent, and the plan came back looking very professional.
