The matching process on Networx is fast, I'll give them that. But the handyman they sent to fix my porch steps did only half the job before saying he needed different materials and would be back. He came back two days late and the final result is just average. Not worth the premium price.

I used Networx to find someone to install a new bathroom vanity. The handyman they sent had no idea how to properly connect the plumbing and I ended up with a slow leak inside the cabinet. I only discovered it a week later when the cabinet floor started warping. Real damage was done to my home.
My experience with Networx was mixed. The handyman who came to hang my TV and run the cables was polite and did an acceptable job, but charged me $40 more than the estimate without warning. When I asked about it he said it was for 'extra hardware.' I wish that had been communicated before the work was done.
The handyman Networx sent to fix my stucco didn't even bring the right materials. He eyeballed the job, did a rough patch that doesn't match the texture at all, and charged full price. It looks worse now than before. I've tried calling Networx support three times and have yet to speak to a real person.
