Dropped my dog off at the kennel for five days and picked him up with a noticeable limp that wasn't there when I left him. When I asked what happened, nobody could give me a straight answer. They just kept saying he was fine during his stay. Took him to my vet the next day and he had a minor sprain. I'm not saying they were negligent but the lack of transparency is unacceptable. Won't be back.

The dog trainer here was dismissive and borderline rude. I explained that my dog has fear-based aggression and instead of adjusting her approach she just kept repeating the same commands louder. My dog shut down completely. When I raised concerns after class she told me my dog 'just wasn't ready for training.' That's not helpful feedback, that's a cop-out. Complete waste of $300.

Bought a bag of premium kibble here that was supposed to be fresh stock. Got home and noticed the expiration date was two months away but the bag had clearly been opened and resealed with tape. When I called to report it they offered me store credit, not a refund. Sketchy inventory management and poor customer service response. I'll order online from now on.

I applied to adopt a cat from PuppyPad's shelter three weeks ago and have heard absolutely nothing. I've called twice and emailed once. The phone just rings or goes to a full voicemail box. For an organization that claims to want animals in loving homes, the adoption process is shockingly disorganized. I ended up adopting from another shelter that actually responded.

The pet training group class was okay but felt way too rushed. We covered six commands in forty-five minutes with eight dogs in the room. My puppy was overstimulated the entire time and retained maybe half of what was taught. The trainer was knowledgeable but clearly had too many students. They need smaller class sizes or longer sessions. Average experience for the price.

The kennel smelled terrible when I went for a tour before boarding my dog. I'm not talking about normal dog smell, I mean it was genuinely overwhelming even near the entrance. The staff seemed unbothered by it. I decided not to board my dog there but I'm giving two stars because the receptionist was at least friendly. Cleanliness has to be the priority in a kennel environment.

Purchased a puppy from PuppyPad and within two weeks our vet discovered the puppy had a respiratory infection and early signs of a congenital heart murmur. When I contacted PuppyPad with documentation from my vet, they refused to provide any refund or assistance and told me all sales were final. I have since learned this is a known issue with how they source their animals. Do your research before buying.

I had high hopes for the dog trainer after reading reviews online but my experience was very different. The trainer spent most of each session on her phone between demonstrations and gave very little individual attention. My dog made zero progress over four sessions. When I asked for a partial refund she became defensive. The manager was not helpful either. Disappointing all around.
