Really happy with my experience selling my broken HP laptop here. The quote process was simple and the communication was decent. They did take about 10 days to process everything once they received it, which was a little longer than expected, but the payment came through as promised. Got $60 for a laptop with a cracked screen, which I thought was fair. Customer support answered my email within 24 hours too.
