I was really disappointed with my experience at ThinkLouder. I registered for a marketing course at the education center and showed up to find the instructor had been replaced with no advance notice. The substitute clearly wasn't prepared and the session felt disorganized. I expected much better for the price.
The course content at the education center was decent but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The classroom was overcrowded, the air conditioning wasn't working properly, and it was hard to concentrate. For the price point they charge, the facilities should be much better maintained.
I attended a leadership workshop at the training center expecting something tailored to our industry as advertised, but the content was completely generic. It felt like a recycled slide deck with no customization whatsoever. The trainer was reading off slides most of the time and didn't engage with our specific questions. Not what I paid for.
