Women's Bean Project

I really wanted to love this experience given how meaningful their mission is but I ran into several frustrations. My order took nearly three weeks to arrive with no tracking updates for over a week. When I reached out to customer service I waited four days for a reply. One of the soup mixes I received had a torn seam on the bag and some of the contents had spilled inside the outer packaging. I'll probably try again someday because I believe in what they're doing but this particular experience was disappointing.

I appreciate the mission of this organization and wanted to support it but I had a frustrating experience with my order. I received the wrong items, a completely different selection than what I ordered, and had to go through a lengthy back and forth with customer service to get it resolved. The replacement took another ten days. The soup mixes I eventually received were decent but not worth the hassle. I hope they improve their fulfillment process because the cause deserves better execution.
