I paid for a full home security package and the installation was a disaster. The technician drilled holes in the wrong wall, left debris everywhere, and the alarm panel wasn't even synced correctly when he left. I had to take two more days off work for correction visits. I asked for a partial refund and was told it wasn't possible. Would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The technician showed up two hours late with no notice. The alarm system they installed triggered false alarms three times in the first week, including at 2am. When I tried to cancel the monitoring contract, I was told there was a steep cancellation fee buried in the fine print. Feel completely misled by this company.
