Fresh Maryland Crab & Seafood

Mixed experience here. The crabs themselves were decent quality but the order was short — I paid for a dozen and only counted 10 when I opened the box. Also the website said same-day processing but my order sat for two days before shipping. When I reached out about the missing crabs I was told they'd credit my account, but the credit system on their site seems broken because I can't apply it.

I've ordered twice now and the experiences have been inconsistent. First order was great — fresh crabs, good packaging, arrived on time. Second order was a step down — a couple dead crabs, slightly off smell, and late by a day. For the price point they're at, consistency really matters. I'll give them one more chance before moving on to another supplier.

The crab meat I ordered for a recipe was okay but not great. There were quite a few shell fragments mixed in, which is a real problem when you're making crab dip for guests. I spent extra time picking through it. Also the quantity seemed a bit less than what the label said. Decent product if you have time to prep it carefully, but I expected better at this price.
