My experience with the home inspection service was average at best. The inspector seemed competent but the report was vague in places where I needed specifics. Phrases like 'monitor for future issues' aren't helpful when you're trying to negotiate with a seller. I expected more actionable detail for what I paid.

The idea behind Home. Centralized. is genuinely useful, especially the electric utility monitoring. But the platform needs a lot of polish. The notification settings are confusing, I get alerts I didn't sign up for and miss ones I actually want. The UI feels like it was designed by engineers who don't use it themselves. Potential is there but it's not quite ready.
