Really solid home inspection experience overall. The inspector found a few issues I never would have caught myself, including some electrical panel concerns that saved me a lot of money in negotiations. The report format through their app was clean and easy to share with my realtor. Minor complaint is that scheduling took a couple extra days than expected.

The home inspection report I received through Home. Centralized. was detailed and professionally presented. My inspector was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. The digital platform for storing documents is a nice bonus. I knocked one star off only because the inspector arrived about 45 minutes late without much notice.
