Not what I expected from a supposedly professional media company. The scripts they wrote for our ad spots were flat and uninspired. I gave detailed notes and they barely incorporated any of the feedback. Felt like I was working against the team rather than with them. Won't be recommending them to anyone.

Kobowork started strong and I had high hopes. The first month of content was good, but quality dropped significantly after that. It felt like their best people worked on the pitch and then junior staff handled everything afterward. Customer support was hit or miss. Decent enough for a short engagement but not a long-term partner.
I cannot stress enough how poorly managed this company is. We had a contract for event media coverage and they showed up with one camera operator who clearly was not briefed on the event schedule. We missed critical moments. When I complained, I was offered a small discount on future services. There will be no future services.
The website says they specialize in storytelling-driven media but the content they made for us had no story at all. It was just a slideshow of images with music. No narration, no structure, no emotional hook. When I asked about it they said that was the style they went with. No one asked me about style.
Hired Kobowork for a series of training videos for our internal HR team. They missed the first two deadlines without explanation. The videos they finally delivered had audio sync issues and placeholder text still visible in some frames. This was clearly not reviewed before being sent to us. A complete lack of quality control.
