Absolutely terrible experience. They quoted me one price for the gas installation and then added nearly 40% more to the final bill with charges that were never discussed upfront. When I questioned it, the person on the phone was dismissive and rude. Would never use or recommend this company.
The gas installation took three visits to complete because they kept showing up without the right parts. Each visit required me to take time off work. The communication from their office was terrible and nobody seemed to know what was going on. I would not hire them again under any circumstances.
I hired L & P for a gas installation and the work failed the safety inspection. I had to pay another contractor to come in and redo sections of the work. When I contacted L & P to discuss this, they denied any fault and refused to offer any refund. Shocking lack of accountability.
Booked a boiler service appointment and took the day off work. They never showed up and never called. When I reached out, they said there had been a scheduling error and offered me a new appointment two weeks out with no compensation for my wasted day. Completely unprofessional.
