The technician who came out seemed competent enough but the whole experience was let down by poor customer service. I waited over a week for a callback to even schedule the boiler service. On the day, they gave me a four-hour arrival window which is just not acceptable in today's world.

Middling experience overall. The gas installation work was done adequately but the team left quite a mess behind and didn't seem to care. I also had trouble getting an itemized invoice even after requesting one twice. There are probably better options out there for the same price.
