Mixed experience. The stone looked fine when it arrived but the packaging was surprisingly poor — one corner had a small chip from transit. The company did send a partial refund after I sent photos, which I appreciated, but I expected better protection for something so fragile and meaningful. The engraving quality itself was good and the font matched what we selected. Just needs better shipping protocols.

The headstone quality is genuinely good — the granite is beautiful and the polish is excellent. However, I was quoted one price on the phone and charged a higher amount when the invoice arrived. When I questioned it, I was told there was an extra fee for the sandblasted design that wasn't mentioned upfront. They eventually honored the original quote but only after I pushed back. Please be transparent about pricing from the start.
