Overall a very positive experience. We ordered a double headstone for my grandparents' plot and the quality of the granite is beautiful. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the delivery took about two weeks longer than originally estimated. But when it arrived, the etched portrait of my grandmother looked absolutely stunning. The staff was kind and patient with all my questions.

Very satisfied with the flat bronze marker we ordered for my mother's grave. The color matching was accurate to the sample they sent and the raised lettering is clean and professional. Communication from the team was prompt — every email was answered within a day. Shipping packaging was also very sturdy; the marker arrived without a scratch. Will definitely return if we need anything else.

Good experience overall. The upright granite marker we ordered for my aunt came out beautifully — the Chinese characters we requested for the inscription were rendered perfectly, which I was honestly worried about. They confirmed the characters with us multiple times before cutting, which I appreciated. The price was competitive and the stone quality is excellent. Took off one star only because the proof took longer to receive than I expected.
