Personalized Crystal Plaques & Awards

The crystal plaque itself was pretty nice but the whole ordering process was frustrating. The website kept glitching when I tried to upload my logo and I had to email it in separately. Then I got conflicting info from two different customer service reps about my shipping timeline. The plaque did arrive eventually and the quality was decent, but for the price and the hassle I'm not sure I'd go back. There are probably smoother options out there.

Mixed feelings about this company. The actual crystal award looked good once it arrived and the engraving was clean. But I had to follow up three times to get an order confirmation email, the tracking number they sent didn't work for five days, and when the package arrived it had no packing slip or documentation inside. It felt disorganized throughout. The product saved it from a lower rating but the experience around it needs serious improvement.
