I've been collecting model horses for over 20 years and Triple Mountain is hands down my favorite place to shop. They had a Breyer Traditional I'd been hunting for over two years. The packaging was impeccable — double boxed with foam inserts — and it arrived in perfect condition. Customer service even sent me a follow-up email to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Will be a customer for life.

Really solid experience overall. I ordered a Breyer Classic mold that was listed as 'mint in box' and it truly was — no shelf wear, original price sticker still on the bottom. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the shipping took a little longer than the estimated window, about nine days instead of six. But the product itself was exactly as described and well protected.

Only reason I'm not giving five stars is that one of the box corners was slightly dented, though the model inside was perfectly fine. Overall a solid experience.

I placed an order over three weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. When I reached out to customer service I got a generic auto-reply and nothing after that. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to even get a response. Very disappointed because I had heard good things about this store.
