Biogreenclean – Natural Plant Based Formula

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The technician showed up two hours late with no notice. The alarm system they installed triggered false alarms three times in the first week, including at 2am. When I tried to cancel the monitoring contract, I was told there was a steep cancellation fee buried in the fine print. Feel completely misled by this company.

I chose Biogreenclean based on good reviews online but my experience was below average. The smart lock they installed malfunctioned after a firmware update and I was locked out of my own home for two hours. Tech support walked me through a reset over the phone but the process took forever. A security company should have a faster resolution protocol for lockout emergencies. Very stressful.
