The blinds themselves are decent quality but I felt misled about the timeline. I was told 10 to 14 days and it took nearly a month. The installer was also late without any notice. I like the finished product but the process was frustrating enough that I wouldn't rush to use them again.
The quality of the cellular shades is fine but I felt the pricing was not transparent. I was quoted one price during the consultation and the final invoice was noticeably higher with fees I wasn't told about upfront. A little more honesty about costs during the sales process would go a long way.
Mixed feelings about this company. The shades look nice and the consultant was lovely during the appointment. But the communication after ordering was poor. I had to reach out multiple times to get a delivery update and the installer rescheduled on me twice. I think if they improved their follow-up process it would be a much better experience.
