Really happy with the wood blinds we had installed in our home office and bedroom. The quality is noticeably better than anything I've bought at a big box store. Took about two weeks to arrive which was a little longer than expected, but the installer was professional and everything looks great.
Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. I waited over six weeks for my cellular shades, and when they finally arrived, two of the panels were the wrong size. Getting someone to come back out and fix it took another three weeks. Customer service kept putting me on hold and rarely followed up. I would never use this company again.
Stoneside did an incredible job transforming our sunroom. We went with motorized solar shades and the difference in heat and glare is night and day. The remote control system works flawlessly and the installation crew was clean, efficient, and respectful of our home. Worth every penny.
I'm really disappointed. I spent a lot of money on roman shades for four windows and two of them don't hang evenly. When I called to report the issue, I was told a technician would contact me within 48 hours. That was two weeks ago and I've heard nothing. The shades themselves look okay but the lack of follow-through on quality issues is unacceptable.
