Design home solar online using prices of solar providers near you

The site has good educational content but the actual design tool fell short for me. I have a flat commercial-style roof on my modern home and the tool really seemed built for standard pitched residential roofs. The estimates it gave me seemed to assume a typical setup and weren't helpful for my situation. Customer service wasn't really an option since it's an online tool with no human support. Worth visiting to read the articles but don't rely on the calculator if your home is non-standard.

But when it comes to the actual estimation tool, the numbers for Georgia were noticeably off. Also the site recommended I get a larger system than two independent energy auditors said I needed. It felt like the algorithm might be biased toward larger system sales. Still a decent starting point for education but verify everything with local professionals before making decisions.
