Leapin' Lizard Labels

Placed an order for roll labels for a new product launch and was blown away by how sharp they looked. The gradient in our logo is notoriously hard to print correctly and Leapin' Lizard nailed it. I uploaded the file, got a proof within hours, approved it, and had labels in hand within the week. That kind of speed and quality for a small run is rare. Genuinely impressed.

Used Leapin' Lizard for our company's holiday promotional mailers. We ordered custom envelope seals and branded notecards and both came out looking professional and polished. Our clients noticed and we got a few compliments specifically about the packaging. Communication throughout the order process was clear and easy. I'll dock one star only because the online quote tool was a little clunky, but the end result made up for it.

Really disappointed with my experience. I ordered 1,000 product labels and when they arrived, the color was noticeably off from what was shown in the digital proof. The red in our logo came out looking more orange and the whole batch looked faded compared to what I approved. Contacted customer service and they were polite but ultimately said the color variation was within their acceptable tolerance. That tolerance does not work for our brand standards. Won't be returning.

Absolute disaster from start to finish. I placed an order for trade show signage three weeks before my event and was told it would arrive with a week to spare. It showed up two days before the event, half the signs had a visible horizontal banding artifact across the print, and when I called to report it, I was put on hold three separate times and never actually reached anyone with the authority to fix the problem. I ended up having to use what I had. Never again.

The website made the ordering process seem simple but I ran into constant issues. The file upload kept failing and I had to email my artwork directly to support. Then the proof I received had my text in the wrong font even though I submitted the correct files. It got corrected eventually but it added four extra days to the process. The labels themselves were okay, nothing special. For the price and the hassle, I expected more.

Mixed feelings on this one. The quality of the labels was fine, actually pretty decent. But the customer service left a lot to be desired. I had a question about my order status and it took two days to get a response. When I did hear back the email was vague and didn't fully answer my question. For a B2B customer placing repeat orders, I expect a higher level of communication. May look at other vendors before reordering.

Ordered custom stickers for a product launch event and the entire order was wrong. I ordered die-cut stickers in a specific shape and received standard square cut stickers instead. When I contacted them, they confirmed the error was on their end but the replacement wouldn't arrive until after my event date. They offered a discount on a future order, which is basically useless to me since I won't be ordering from them again. Very poor quality control.

The prints I received for our retail store signage were noticeably blurry on anything with fine text. I provided high resolution files and confirmed this with the proof, but the final product looked like it was printed at a lower DPI than specified. I've used other online print shops that produce sharper results for less money. The signs are hanging in our back office now because I can't put them on the sales floor.
