Leapin' Lizard Labels

I've placed two orders and the experience has been inconsistent. First order was great, labels looked sharp and arrived on time. Second order had a noticeable adhesive issue where the labels were peeling off our glass bottles after a few days. Same product, same substrate, same conditions. I reported the problem and they did send a replacement batch but it took nearly two weeks. The replacement was better but the inconsistency is concerning for a company we were considering as a long-term supplier.

Frustrating experience with their B2B setup process. I was promised a dedicated account manager when I signed up for a business account but ended up just emailing a generic inbox every time I had a question. The people who responded were helpful individually but there was no continuity, I had to re-explain my needs every single time. Pricing was also higher than what I was quoted initially once all the setup fees were added in. Felt a bit like a bait and switch.
