Ordered a site plan for a pool permit. The plan came back missing required information that my city specifically lists on their permit checklist. I had emailed that checklist to My Site Plan before placing the order. After two rounds of revisions the plan still did not include the required utility easement notation. I gave up and requested a refund. They refused. Filed a dispute with my credit card company. Do not recommend.

I used My Site Plan for an architectural drawing for a small garage addition. The design concept was fine but the drafting quality was inconsistent. Some lines were not properly aligned and the scale on one of the sheets did not match the others. The county required two revisions before accepting it. Customer service was polite but slow to respond and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates.
Mixed experience with this company. The site plan itself was decent and my permit was eventually approved, but it took longer than expected and required one revision. I think for straightforward projects they might be fine, but if your property has any complexity like easements or irregular lot shapes, be prepared for back and forth. Customer service responded but not always quickly. Average overall.
This was the worst vendor experience I have had in years. I ordered a site plan with a 48-hour turnaround. On day three I emailed to check the status and was told they were still working on it. On day five I received a plan that had a completely wrong street name and the driveway was drawn on the wrong side of the property. Two more rounds of corrections and still not right. I eventually demanded a refund and after three weeks of arguing they gave me half back. Unacceptable.
I wanted to like this service because the website looks professional and the pricing seemed fair. Unfortunately the execution was poor. My site plan had the garage footprint labeled incorrectly and the total square footage was wrong. When I flagged it the correction took four additional days. The permit was delayed by almost three weeks total because of these issues. I expected better quality control.
Do not use this company if you are on a deadline. I was told my site plan would be ready in two business days. It took nine. My contractor had to reschedule twice. When the plan finally arrived it was rejected by my local building department because it lacked required zoning information that I had specifically asked about in my order notes. No refund was offered. I will never use them again.
My experience was okay but not great. The site plan came back on time but the drafter used a template that did not match my city's preferred format. I had to go back and forth a couple of times to get it adjusted. The final version was accepted by the city but I felt like I was doing some of the quality checking myself. Decent for the price but they need better local code awareness.
I ordered an architectural site plan for a small home office addition. The concept drawing they sent was generic and did not reflect the specific details I provided in my intake form. When I asked for changes they treated each revision like a new request and suggested I might owe additional fees. Nothing in the original pricing mentioned revision limits. Felt nickel and dimed. Would not recommend.
