My Site Plan

Horrible experience from beginning to end. I paid for a rush site plan and it arrived six days late. The drawing had my neighbor's parcel included in my lot boundary, which is a serious error. My permit application was rejected and I had to explain to the building department that it was a drafting mistake. I spent more time cleaning up their errors than if I had just found a local drafter from the start. Requesting a chargeback.

The website promises professional-grade site plans but what I got felt like a basic CAD template with my address dropped in. The drawing lacked detail and my city planner requested additional information that any experienced drafter would have included automatically. After two revisions the plan was finally usable but the process took over two weeks. For the price I expected a more polished product and faster service.
