I ordered a personalized children's book for my daughter's 4th birthday and it arrived in perfect condition with the most beautiful illustrations. She absolutely loves seeing her name in the story! The quality of the hardcover binding is impressive and the paper feels premium. Will definitely be ordering again for my nephew's birthday next month.

Bought a starter gift set from the baby store section for my coworker's baby shower. The board books were adorable and came in a really cute gift box. Shipping took about 5 days which was fine. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that one of the board books had a slightly bent corner, but overall a lovely purchase.

Ordered a personalized baby book as a gift for my sister's newborn. The customization options were fantastic — we added the baby's name, birth date, and even a little message. I placed an order for three children's books over three weeks ago and two of them still haven't arrived. Customer service told me the items were 'in transit' but couldn't give me any tracking updates. My granddaughter's birthday has already passed and I had nothing to give her. This was a really disappointing experience.

Submitted our manuscript for publishing services back in January and it is now April with almost no communication from their team. Every time I email I get a canned response saying someone will follow up within 48 hours and then nothing happens. I have invested time and money into this project and feel completely abandoned. Would not recommend their publishing services at all.
