I've been collecting fossils for over 15 years and The Fossil Exchange is hands down the best online store I've ever used. I ordered a Moroccan trilobite matrix piece and it arrived in perfect condition, wrapped in what felt like three layers of bubble wrap and foam. The specimen itself was even more impressive in person than the photos showed. They included a small certificate of authenticity and a handwritten note about the geological period it came from. Will absolutely be a repeat customer.

Ordered a megalodon tooth as a gift for my husband's birthday and he absolutely lost his mind over it. The tooth was massive, well-preserved, and came with detailed provenance information. Shipping was faster than expected and the packaging was impeccable. Customer service answered all my questions within an hour of emailing them. This is a top-tier operation and I can't recommend them enough to anyone even slightly interested in fossils.

Purchased a Jurassic-era plant fossil and a small shark tooth collection. Very happy with both. The plant fossil was beautifully preserved and looked exactly like the listing. The shark teeth were a bit smaller than I imagined even after reading the dimensions, so maybe just double-check the measurements before ordering. That said, quality is excellent and the customer service team was friendly when I reached out with a question before buying.
