I failed my PMHNP exam after completing this program and I genuinely feel misled by their marketing. They advertise a first-time pass guarantee but the refund process is buried in fine print and nearly impossible to navigate. When I reached out to discuss my results and get the support they promised, I was told I didn't meet some obscure eligibility requirement that was never clearly explained when I signed up. I feel like the guarantee is essentially fake. Very frustrated and out a lot of money.

Mixed feelings about this program. The content itself is decent and covers the major topic areas you need for the PMHNP exam. But the tutoring component felt like an afterthought. My sessions were with a different person almost every time, so there was no continuity and I had to re-explain my weak areas repeatedly. It felt disorganized.
