Booked a boiler service appointment and took the day off work. They never showed up and never called. When I reached out, they said there had been a scheduling error and offered me a new appointment two weeks out with no compensation for my wasted day. Completely unprofessional.

The gas installation was done but I had serious concerns about some of the fittings used. I had an independent engineer review the work afterward and he said a couple of joints were not up to standard. For something as critical as gas work, that is completely unacceptable and genuinely dangerous.
