I have used Stoneside twice now and both times have been excellent. The first time was for my home office and the second was for our new sunroom addition. Consistent quality, professional installers, and beautiful results. I trust this company completely and will use them again for our upcoming bedroom renovation.
I don't even know where to start. The installer damaged my window trim while mounting the brackets and the company offered me a minimal discount as compensation rather than paying for the repair. The shades themselves look cheap for what I paid and one of them already stopped functioning properly after two months. Complete waste of money.
Really pleased with the solar shades we had installed in our living room. They cut the glare without making the room feel dark, which is exactly what we were going for. The consultant was straightforward and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Install was professional and tidy.
Mixed feelings about this company. The shades look nice and the consultant was lovely during the appointment. But the communication after ordering was poor. I had to reach out multiple times to get a delivery update and the installer rescheduled on me twice. I think if they improved their follow-up process it would be a much better experience.
