I had a consultation and was excited about the process but things went downhill after I placed my order. My assigned coordinator changed twice and nobody informed me. I had to chase down updates constantly. When the shades arrived, one was damaged. The replacement took forever. I expected much more for the premium price point.

After weeks of back and forth, they finally sent replacements but those also had issues with the pull cords fraying. I've spent more time on the phone with their support team than I care to admit.
